Portucalense Law Journal is a specialized journal in Legal Sciences, owned by Portucalense University. It is a biannual, double-blind peer-reviewed, non-profit publication that fosters reflection, research, and knowledge dissemination within legal scholarship. Its mission is to disseminate high-quality original research articles and facilitate discussions on legal issues, encompassing theoretical and practical perspectives.
