It is a French national trusted label that promotes women’s entrepreneurship, gender diversity and inclusion. The objectives of this initiative are to put the spotlight on all the players promoting women’s entrepreneurship by organising as many events as possible throughout the Grand Est region, from 22 May to 22 June 2024.

Regular ENVISAGE consortium meeting

Last Thursday, March 21st, another online meeting of the ENVISAGE consortium took place, during which the action steps for 2024 were discussed, as well as preparation for the second meeting, following Budapest in 2023, scheduled for June in Krakow.

Day of Hungarian Science conference in 2022 in Budapest

The main topic of the annual Day of Hungarian Sciences conference of Budapest Business University in 2022 was “Beyond Financial Reporting – Sustainability: Integrated Thinking and Integrated Reporting” connected to the fields of the ENVISAGE Alliance, which gave the reason for some of the partners for the participation

During the conference, plenary presentations and sections gave participants the opportunity to explore the current issues of sustainability and the regulatory environment, with a special focus on integrated thinking and reporting. The conference was a great occasion for the dissemination of the INTEREST project’s results led by BBU between 2019 and 2022 and also for an ENVISAGE hybrid partner meeting as well to discuss about the re-submission of the proposal for the 2023 call with the modified partnership (change of the Portuguese partner to UPT instead of ISAG, withdrawal of WUEB from Poland and EUBA from Slovakia).

BBU – KUE: 23-24 February 2023 in Krakow

The visit provided an opportunity for the delegation of BBU to meet with the management of the Krakow University of Economics, to get to know the university and the campus, to introduce the research projects represented by the Centres of Excellence of BBS and the possible involvement of the Polish partner, and to discuss mobility, accreditation and ranking issues.

The BBU delegates met the Rector and Vice-rector for Research of KUE, the heads of the international research and mobility programmes and the accreditation(s) director.

Important discussions were held on the re-submission of the ENVISAGE proposal in 2023, its research part and the promotion of research cooperation through joint research programmes and projects.

BBU – HSW: 24-25 October 2022 in Wismar

The visit provided the opportunity to meet the management of Hochschule Wismar – University of Applied Sciences, to learn about the main (mainly economic) training programmes and to get to know some elements of the business development eco-system surrounding the German university.

Members of the BBU delegation also visited the HSW department (WINGs) responsible for the development of digital educational materials and the Digital Distance Learning Centre with more than 5,000 students.

Of course, important discussions took place on the re-submission of the ENVISAGE proposal in 2023, discussing the distribution of tasks, the planned steps and development directions, as well as the remaining timeframe until the 31 January 2023 submission deadline.
